Short fibre silk roughens and pills. Grade is not a marketing scale invented by the seller; it describes the raw material.\n\nHand made shows at the cuffs\n\nBanded cuffs on a silk sleeve are awkward to make and they are the thing that stops a sleeve working its way up your forearm all night.
